Excellent customer service
Carlos at Stellantis Walton is a credit to your company. I made an enquiry and Carlos replied with everything I needed to know and more. He is very knowledgeable and professional. When I was unsure how I wanted to proceed, he didn’t make me feel under pressure to decide straight away. I went away for a couple of hours to think. I did purchase the car thanks to Carlos customer service.

Had a fantastic experience with the Penistone Road, Sheffield branch! All staff I dealt with were super friendly . Kept me fully up to date with the work on my car and totally kept to their time with the vehicle as promised. Highly recommend . Special thanks to Melody and Scott
Fantastic experience with recall
Fantastic experience. They dealt with my Citroen recall extremely quickly and professionally even though they’re a Peugeot garage. Definitely recommend.
Chris has been excellent
Chris has been excellent, from updating us every step of the way, and asking ask if we would like any refreshments as we wait. Had some queries and that was also answered by Chris. Could not be happier with the experience and team here at Stellantis &You Brentford.

Given a warm welcome from Viktor Reznyikov who had sold us our previous car too. Very knowledgeable about the new Grandland Hybrid model which we have purchased. The handover day ran smoothly, all documentation ready and completed quickly and efficiently.
