A very positive experience
The whole experience from dropping off my car to picking it up and the providing of a courtesy car, was positive. The work was carried out in a good time span and everything was explained with all my questions answered.
A special mention is needed for the brilliant service I received from Terry Mckay on the front desk who, made the whole experience run smoothly, with everything explained and regular updates on the progress of the work.
I would certainly recommend buying a Peugeot and going to Stellantis & You Guildford for the upkeep of your car.

Recently bought a car with Stellantis & You UK - Peugeot Liverpool.
I was very quickly greeted by sales man Callum who offered me a drink and helped me pick my ideal car for my disabled mum very late in the working day which was fantastic and how he went above and beyond was amazing.
I was kept in contact constantly through the waiting process of making an order, talking me through all updates and when my car would arrive. The car arrived in super quick time almost 3 months earlier than expected. This was fantastic and could knock a single thing about my customer experience from start to finish honestly amazing 5 stars all round would give 6 if it let me.

Had a great experience at Alfa Romeo Cribbs
Had a great experience at Stellantis & You Bristol getting and issue on my Giulia Quadrifoglio sorted. There was a difficult to diagnose clicking noise from the rear of the car and while the booking process wasn’t the smoothest (new dealership teething issues, I guess), the team absolutely delivered once I got there.
Alex, the chief tech, came out for a drive with me, took the issue seriously, and clearly knows his stuff (others had suggested it might be the brakes, but he quickly ruled that out). Nicolo got me sorted with a hire car (a Stelvio—nice touch!), and Martin and Ryan in the service team were great to deal with.
They even replaced my rear lights, which had developed some condensation and algae, without me needing to argue the point—they just agreed it wasn’t right and fixed it.
Overall, I left feeling well looked after and have no hesitation in going back for my next service. ????????

We had a fantastic experience here. The service was exceptionally friendly and calm, making the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. Warm delicious hot chocolate was a bonus after a long drive to the show room!
The dealership offered a wide range of vehicles. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, always attentive to my needs without being pushy. I’d like to give a special mention to Oliver Hallam, who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect family car.
