Excellent service! From the moment we stepped into the Maidstone Branch we were greeted by Russel who guided us through the process, found us the exact car we wanted and was full of knowledge about the motorbility scheme. The buying experience at Stellantis Leicester has been excellent from start to finish. The used car I purchased was well presented with full service history with a one year warranty. Nothing was too much trouble with a professional presentation of all the finance products available so I could make the right decision. Not once was I put under any pressure to buy the car. His professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. My car wasn’t quite ready on the day I brought it in, however, a cab was arranged to assist me home - which was much appreciated. From start to finish Evans customer service was great - there was even a queue of people waiting for him.
